Banana and Avocado Smoothie Delight

I love avocados! They are so versatile in the way in which you can enjoy them.  I put them on top of my veggie burger, salads, chicken salads, raw and I even drink them.  Yup I DRINK them.  With all the benefits of avocados (antioxidants, vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorous, fatty acids and folic acid) I can't get enough of these little power fruits.  So, if you never drank an avocado then you're really missing out.  Below is a really easy recipe for drinking avocado....enjoy, and feel free to tell me what you think below.

Ingredients:

1 avocado
2 bananas
1/4 cup honey
2 1/2
1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 1/2 to 3 cups ice

Directions:

In blender combine avocado, banana, milk orange juice, honey, and ice.  Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
